1) For the removal of TP and SS
Coagulation and sedimentation is a process that can reduce TP and SS indicators at the same time. Traditional coagulation sedimentation requires a large amount of coagulants and flocculants, and the sedimentation speed is slow and the area is large, so the application is less and less.
Magnetic flocculation precipitation is a revolutionary improvement to the traditional coagulation clarification and high-density precipitation (high-efficiency precipitation) process. It realizes rapid coagulation and precipitation by adding magnetic powder media, and has the advantages of good water effluent effect and low operating cost. According to the operating experience of several municipal sewage plants, this process can greatly reduce the dosage of chemicals and electricity consumption, and the effluent can directly reach SS≤5mg/L, TP≤0.3mg/L, and meet the Class A emission standard.

2) Removal of CODCr, BOD5, TN, NH3-N
According to the different current effluent quality, it may be necessary to increase carbon oxidation measures to reduce the organic matter index, and it may be necessary to increase the nitrification/denitrification measures to reduce the total nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen index. Biofilter reactors can be used for carbon oxidation (BOD removal), carbon oxidation and nitrification, nitrification and denitrification. The CODCR, NH3-N and TN of the effluent treated by the original sewage treatment plant did not meet the standard, and the CODCR value was high, and part of the carbon source could be used—the pre-denitrification biological filter process. Magnetic Flocculation Sedimentation Technology
The magnetic flocculation sedimentation technology is to add magnetic powder synchronously in the coagulation sedimentation process to make it and the pollutants flocculated into one body to strengthen the effect of coagulation and flocculation, so that the density of the generated flocs is higher and stronger, so as to achieve high-speed sedimentation purpose.
