Magnetic Flocculation Sedimentation Technology Process
1. The sewage to be treated enters the reaction tank through the sewage lift pump, and is mixed with the added coagulant evenly and then flows into the coagulation reaction tank. Stabilize the flocs. Since the specific gravity of the magnetic powder is 5 times that of water, the specific gravity of the flocs combined with the magnetic powder increases rapidly, and the magnetic flocs flow into the flocculation reaction pool by themselves, and mix and react with the flocculant to form denser magnetic flocs. The mass flows into the clarifier;

After the flocs containing the magnetic powder flow into the clarifier, the sedimentation can be completed quickly, and the sedimentation speed can reach 40 meters per hour, which is 20 times that of the traditional coagulation sedimentation. The magnetic process uses coagulation, flocculation, and bridging. , The adsorption and capture capabilities are further improved, the treatment effect is strengthened, and the coagulation and sedimentation process is perfectly completed; the magnetic sludge at the bottom of the clarifier is discharged into the magnetic sludge transfer tank through the sludge discharge system, and the supernatant liquid passes through the clarifier. Discharge from the water collection system, the effluent quality of SS can reach below 5mg/L, and TP can reach below 0.3mgL, which also has a good removal effect on COD, BOD, bacteria, etc. in sewage.
3. The magnetic sludge is sent to the high-speed shearing machine through the sludge pump for pulverization of flocs, and then flows into the magnetic seed recycling machine for magnetic seed recovery and recycling. The remaining sludge flows into the sludge tank, and the sludge passes through the sludge. The dehydration system is press-filtered and dehydrated, the mud cake can be loaded and transported out, and the filtrate flows into the raw water tank.
