Magnetic Flocculation Sedimentation Technology Process
1. The sewage to be treated enters the reaction tank through the sewage lift pump, and is mixed with the added coagulant evenly and then flows into the coagulation reaction tank. Stabilize the flocs.
2. After the flocs containing the magnetic powder flow into the clarifier, the sedimentation can be completed quickly, and the sedimentation speed can reach 40 meters per hour, which is 20 times that of the traditional coagulation sedimentation. Discharge from the water collection system, the effluent quality of SS can reach below 5mg/L, and TP can reach below 0.3mgL, which also has a good removal effect on COD, BOD, bacteria, etc. in sewage.
3. The magnetic sludge is sent to the high-speed shearing machine through the sludge pump for pulverization of flocs, and then flows into the magnetic seed recycling machine for magnetic seed recovery and recycling. The remaining sludge flows into the sludge tank.
